Enquiries and introductory calls

If you contact us or book a call, we use your contact details and the information you provide to respond, assess fit and arrange the conversation. For business enquiries, this is based on our legitimate interest in communicating with potential customers. Where you personally request steps toward a contract, necessary processing may instead be based on those pre-contract steps.

The booking page automatically loads a Calendly calendar. Calendly and connected calendar or meeting providers process information needed to schedule and conduct the call. Review Calendly’s privacy notice before submitting your details. Calendly is based in the United States; its data processing addendum describes its international transfer safeguards.

This website

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own. The Calendly calendar loads automatically on the booking page. Calendly may use its own cookies and receives technical connection information when loaded.

Your device sends technical connection information, including an IP address and requested URL, to load a page. This site does not use that information for advertising or visitor profiling.

OVHcloud hosts the website, and Cloudflare provides delivery and security services. They process technical request information to serve and protect the site. Retention and access

Enquiry information is retained while needed to handle the enquiry and reasonable follow-up. Engagement records may be retained longer to administer the contract, meet legal obligations or handle claims. Access is limited to people and service providers who need the information for those purposes.
